FIRST LIGHT
“First Light” is the magical time at dawn when the first colour begins to show in the eastern sky as the night recedes. On Safari it is usually the time of day when the air feels coldest. Being about half an hour before dawn breaks, it is also the time of day that you will be setting out on your early game drive, and could be lucky enough to sight nocturnal animals heading for their daytime hide-away, and also sight the first stirring of the diurnal animals.
